I contacted my agent, Cynthia Taylor Hicks to sell our DE home since she sold our home in MD 2 yrs ago- She submitted her information for DE licensing in order to be our realtor in DE. She had to wait an extremely long time to be licensed in DE. Meanwhile, we were provided another DE agent, Lisa Liotta, to step in on her behalf. We waited for quite some time for our DE realtor to reach out to us, even though Cynthia assured us that she gave the information to the Rehoboth Beach/Lewes office and checked on us not only as a client, but a close personal friend. I believed that Cynthia did her duty at her end since her hands were tied waiting for her licensure. Cynthia is our go to agent and friend and was entrusted to also sell my mother's and sister's home as well. While Lisa was very pleasant and informative in the process, I was quite surprised that our agent, Cynthia, was not kept informed of the progress and the sale of our home. I worked with Cynthia and she is who I met with to discuss the pricing of our home and how to proceed to get the best pricing for our residence. While Lisa kept us informed, we did not have alot of in person interaction.
